But what truly sets him apart is his two creepy elongated hands. One of which is holding a small child by the feet, as the child screams and flails about in terror. As the Sweet Dreams Clowns eyes glow with green glee, his head and torso turn side-to-side while he utters one of three terrifying sayings.
