CLOAKS > CAPES

Since you weren’t around during the 14th century, you probably don’t know the difference between cloaks and capes. Don’t feel bad, we didn’t either, until recently. Thanks to the handy dandy internet, we learned the difference between the two and now, we’re passing our newfound knowledge onto you. Generally, capes are shorter than cloaks, lack a hood and are typically worn for style purposes. In comparison, cloaks are long, contain a hood or collar and are worn to protect from rain and snow.

DESIGN & DETAILS

Our design team studied cloaks for weeks in order to get this accessory right. A Made by Us garment, the satin collar is bright red, contrasting against the draped black Velour. At the neck, two metal clasps fasten the exclusive cloak around the body.
