Warriors in history have had to train in crazy ways throughout history. In China, warriors would challenge themselves by lifting metal pots filled to the brim with burning coal over their heads. (Talk about handling the heat!) Aztec warriors had to start training by the time they were three years old and would be battling each otherby the time they were teens.(Brand new definition for schoolyard fights!) The list just keeps going on!

In fact, this super young training was the norm among many warring cultures such as the Vikings, Spartans, and the Huns.
