This fully licensed Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat costume is comfortable and cute, making it a great choice for school events as well as Halloween. The dress has hook & loop fastener at the back, making it easy for kids to slip over their heads by themselves. Your kid will love the sparkly skirt that’s flared for twirl-factor. The top is trimmed with white faux fur around the neck and sleeve cuffs. A giant shiny bow is attached to the chest, just like the Cat in the Hat’s.
